Today we are driving back home from Hyrum, UT. The Cache Valley is a beautiful place, at least this time of year. Rolling green hills at the base of snow capped peaks make for good pictures.
The wedding was really good. The groom had a lot of family that came.
They had a family lunch after the ceremony at a restaurant named Stellas in Ogden. In all the times I have driven back and forth from Utah, I have never stopped there.
The restaurant was cool. It was on 25th St., which was historic to Ogden. It had a cool basement section that felt like a speak easy.
After the wedding and lunch (and a quick nap) we went to see Valden and Valerie Christensen, who moved to Smithfield from Caldwell last year. It was great fun to spend time with them. We went to a Thai restaurant in North Logan.
Now it’s time to clean up the AirBNB and get on the road.
