The week has been full, and Saturdays are usually a day with a little down time, but today seems busy. An appointment for a real estate review, a baptism to attend, and taking photos at the Sheriff’s Dept. Blue Line Valentine event. Busy day.

Yesterday we woke up to 6-8 inches of snow around our house. It was surprising. It was heavy, wet snow, and I spent nearly 1.5 hours getting it off the driveway. By the time I was done with that I decided to work from home.

Kelsee and Landon came to town to work on recording his songs.

On Wednesday I met with the referral from *** at his mother’s house. Yesterday I sent him an electronic version of the CMA I printed that had more photos, along with my thoughts on pricing. He called me back within a couple of hours and said he would like me to list it. Yay. His mother just passed away, so I’m hoping his name is on the deed.

I need to talk to the *** today and get their paperwork buttoned up so we can go live on Tuesday.

Last night we worked on Kelsee + Landon’s wedding invitation. It’s weird to think shes going to get married. I’ve thought a lot about what her future might be like, and it’s easy to worry about the unknown. But my conclusion is that a person never knows how the future is going to turn out, and there is never a gaurantee what someone will be like in 5, 10, or more years from now. It’s doesn’t work for a person to make decisions now based on what things might be like in the future when it comes to people. We can make our best guess, but we never really know. They genuinely seem good together now, and he treats her well. We can only hope that will continue into the future, and that’s all a person can do with anyone.

Gratitudes

I’m grateful for the potential to list a house from a referral from ***

I’m grateful for the opportunity to go to the *** this morning.

I’m grateful for work potential from the ***s, ***s, ***, ***s, ***, the referral from ***, and the ***s. Lots happening with week.

I’m grateful to wake up with Jenn waking up next to me.
