Today is day 2 as an agent with Silvercreek Realty Group. I wonder how many days it will take before I stop counting. There are so many details to take care of, it’s easy for it to feel overwhelming. But one thing at a time.
The new home orientation in Cirrus Pointe on Monday went well. The builder representatives that were there were sincere in wanting the *** to have their home in the best possible condition. I’m not a fan of the way the company pushes people to sign and close before the house is ready.
I have lunch with friends from Group One today, and again tomorrow. So far my plan to drive less because I don’t have an office in Boise is not coming about. 🙂 But I like to spend time with friends.
Some things on my list today:
- Get the Purdue house re-listed.
- Get my computer set up for Silvercreek.
- Do a CMA for Sheila Jantz and get it and listing paperwork in the mail.
There’s plenty to do to keep me busy.
