The Varga St. house has sat for nearly a year without any utilities turned on. The buyers are first time buyers and I feel like it’s important that they know they are getting a good home. So I’m having all the utilities turned on for a proper inspection, at my expense.
We finally recieved approval to move forward with the short sale. Hopefully that was the most difficult hurdle we will face with getting this deal closed.
I finally finished the photos from the police auction yesterday. It feels very good to have those out of the way. I also did a showing for *** out here in my neck of the woods. That was a pretty cool property. I would love that place if I wanted to have a little hobby farm.
After the showing I went to the Idaho foodbank. A group of agents went to help sort food drive donations into categories. We did over 9000 lbs of food sorting. Not just us, but everyone who volunteered. There were two other groups of people.
And then, in the evening I got the chance to participate on a panel for a combined youth group activity. It was a good and full day.
I’m not certain what today holds because I want to be present when the water is turned on at the Varga house. I need to communicate with *** and ***. Those are two priorities. I would like to get to the office, if possible.
I think I will take the Cirrus Drive signs with me to the Varga house to prepare those, and actually get them out.
