Today I’m grateful that Sienna is ok after someone ran into her from behind on the freeway. He was apparently going full speed.

I think Subaru safety may be a real thing, because her airbag didn’t deploy (that’s not great) but she only walked away with a bump on her chin. She was pretty shaken, but otherwise ok. She’s also very sad about her car. She really loved that car. It remains to be seen if it’s fixable. The back end is pretty crunched.

This episode has given me the feeling that I want to move to a quiet place where we don’t need the freeway to get home. It’s frustrating that someone couldn’t pay more attention to what they were doing. I pray I never do that to anyone.

Gratitudes

I’m grateful that the Purdue transaction continues to move forward. We’ll see how the next few days go.

I’m grateful to be in this business. It’s fun. There is certainly a place in the world still for real estate professionals. Perhaps that will change sometime, but for now there are people who need help, and I’m grateful to be able to help them.

I’m grateful I get to practice such a wide variety of things with this profession.

The Cirrus Drive Life

Real Estate

I need to do something to reach out to my sphere, and I think I’ll send a postcard. But I want it to be something different. I think I’ll make it like the old style ‘location’’ postcard. The ones people send to say ‘here’s where I’m at right now’.

Life

Life on Cirrus Drive today will mostly be getting details worked out regarding the car wreck. It’s not something I have any experience with. I suppose I will need to call the insurance companies. I feel sceptical about the insurance company for the other person being fair. I’m not sure why.

I also have a pickle ball game scheduled with some work friends this afternoon.

I would like to take some material on home warranties to the Green’s if I can.

we’ll see what else I can fit in.
